Thunder Tea Rice

What a cool name for food. Although it is kinda confusing, is it rice or is it tea? Apparently it is both. It is a traditional Hakka dish, created to stave off hunger without much food.
The rice comes with bean curd, peanuts, ikan bilis, peas, basil and other chopped veggie which names I can't recall. Looks like nasi rames, but without meat. The interesting part is the soup. It is green (see that green thingy? that's not dessert, it's the soup). The green colored is coming from number of leaves used. Green tea, mint, basil, chinese parsley, coriander leaves plus several other ingredients ground together before boiled it in pot. Reminds me of Panoramix' potion...
Some peeps poured the green soup over the rice and mixed all together, but I prefer to leave them separately. The idea of mixing them isn't appetizing for me. The soup taste is dominated by basil flavour. Very strong. And a bit of coriander. The rice is just like any other rice. But this meal is classified as healthy meal, with tons of goodness. From increasing metabolism to anti-aging. Wow! And Panoramix' potion only gives you temporary super strength (unless you dive into the pot). Come to think of that, probably you will be super healthy plus not-aging if you dive into the soup pot. Of course if you can pass the aunty-stall-keepers.
