Lamien ala Sichuan

Went out to Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao at Taka tonight. We beat the queue by coming a bit early. We picked lamien, sichuan style lamien. The soup was dark red and quite thick with bits of sesame swimming around. Soup was not sour nor spicy, but rich taste of peanut, sesame and coriander. Heavy but nice and different.
Of course we also ordered the famous xiao long bao and the spicy hongkong dumpling. Can't resist them.
